There were things that could be easily fixed, and the stay was still very much worth it, and I would absolutely use it again, but the check-in process needs improving. Firstly, the email containing the check-in details wasn't sent, so I had to phone them that day. Then, there was missing information in the email, as well as some vital links were missing on the email, like where and how to access the car park.
