Lack of Room boarding service

For the price the room was very spacious and fully cleaned. The property itself was also pretty good with decorated lobby and floors. The bathroom, bed, etc. pretty good for the price. Most importantly location was superb.

If you have even 2-3 friends in the room during the day for just couple of hours the staff will ask them to leave.

I have heard OYO hotels are charging extra amount offline, and if customer denies stating that they booked it through online, they will say that the rooms are unavailable. They didn’t even respond to phone calls, whether the room is available. Very worst experience, especially when visiting a new city with family.
