"Excellent hôtel très bien situé"

Bel établissement très bien situé en bordure du centre ville (quelques minutes à pieds). Service voiturier très efficace. Petit déjeuner très correct mais sans variété d'un jour à l'autre. Chambre de bonne taille (30 m2), très propre. Très peu de bruit.

Literie très (trop) ferme.

"Great location, nearby the park and great restaurants."

Manager was very nice and tried to help as much as possible

For the first we had dirty room( toilet was used and not cleaned or flushed) without working AC. Manager of the hotel was very nice and helpful, he has solved the problem. There are also extra costs for the parking and the dogs - I understand is, but the hotel should inform about it before, not afterwards.

"Ein inspirierenden Wochenende in einem äußerst sympathischen Hotel"

Das gesamte Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist optimal., alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar und gleich neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein wunderschöner Park. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Alles ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Bei näherem Betrachten ist alles ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen....

"Parfait pour quelques jours."

Emplacement au coeur de la ville.Etablissement très propre.Personnel au top ,de l'accueil en passant par la conciergerie et à la femme de chambre.Lit confortable.Produits de bain de la marque Guerlain .Baignoire.Il y avait des madeleines excellentes à notre arrivée dans la chambre.Check in et check out très rapide.

Impossible de faire un massage en duo.Vraiment dommage.Il a fallu le faire chacun son tour.Pour un établissement de ce standing c'est un peu décevant.Et nous avons voulu avoir d'autres prestations mais cela n'a pas été possible.La vue de la chambre moyenne donnant sur le parking mais du coup au calme.
