Very helpful, friendly approach, clean, comfortable and very well-equipped apartment, parking right in front of the accommodation, nice surroundings of the accommodation/garden, beach service included in the accommodation price... We were very satisfied and highly recommend the accommodation.

Very good and clean place, also we liked location. Not too far from the beach. In a kitchen there is everything you need.

It was nice and renovated accommodation, very well equipped. The beach was 10 minutes away, the centre of Lignano Pineta was about 15 minutes, Lidl supermarket was about 10 minutes, so everything was relatively close. We also got a place on the beach for the accommodation.

Reviews on booking.com said they had daily maid service. This also made the decision to choose this accommodation, unfortunately, they did not come to clean the accommodation during the whole week. Four spiders kept us company in the kitchen. The water in the shower had a fluctuating temperature - from lukewarm to hot and cold. One room was as if converted from a balcony/loggia/terrace - there were also inconveniences related to this: - On the first day, there was a strong storm with hail, as a result of which water began to flow into the room - according to the hoteliers, it was an exceptional storm. However, during the week there was also a weaker storm that leaked into our room again, but this time in a different place. The lodger said they have to clean the gutters, as they are clogged and therefore water seeps into the room. However, since there was also mould in the given place, I assume it is more humid there for longer. - The window in the room was very thin, acoustically it seemed to me as if there was none. However, since there was a swimming pool under the window, it was quite disturbing.

Apartment was fully furnished and well equipped - towels, small soap, small mineral water as welcome, tabs for the dishwasher and washing mashine. It was clean and the pictures were acurate. Appliances such as fridge, washing mashine and dishwasher have been clean and nice looking. Furniture was relatively new and kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our own meal. It was visible that the owners invested in quality -from pots and pans, to appliances. Overall the apartment was very nice looking, comfort of living was good and it was near to the main street, while still not beeing immediately on the main street where all the commotion is happening. Trip to the beach by foot was aprox 5 -7 minutes and a walk path leads directly from the building towards the beach (we made it without problems with a 8 year old). Building itselft is nicely located, has aprox 5 apartments with a big garden that all guests from the apartments can use. Parking space was located right in front of the house. Garden and greenery around the house was very well kept and created a nice atmosphere.

In the kitchen/common area there was a big table and 4 chairs (wood), but something small, soft and comfortable was very much missing. The relaxing in the evening was therefore a bit uncomfortable. ( There was also a table and chairs on the patio, but here the chairs (aluminium, or some kind of cold but light material) have also been quite hard to sit on.

Very well equipted accomodation. Close to the beach, good restaurant and markets. Location is also quiet and suitable for families with kids.

A bit far from the city center.

All liked it! The location is like in a forest, a lot of greenery, everything you need is there: from cups, or a set of frying pans and pots. small shops nearby, as well as cafes and culinary. clean linen, towels. A place on the beach is reserved for the guests (2 sun loungers and an umbrella). on the terrace, a large zrnt additionally shelters from the sun.

Our terrace was exactly near the hotel pool just a big fence separated us so we hear people having fun there at the pool and we didn't have access to the pool sadly thous we payed more then hotel guests. To bad .but we understand that .

Brand new apartment with stylish design and absolutely gorgeous matrasses. Slept like a baby. The cleaning staff cleaned every day the apartment with care - well…i am not a messy guy, but i appreciated the little things - they have even started the dishwasher, put the fruit into a special bowl, etc. Very friendly staff, great location and…very peaceful.
