Absence of any adequate service. We booked 2 rooms, 3 adults and 2 kids. We got only 4 towels, when I kindly asked for one more towel for my 6 year old child, receptionist lady - said you are not supposed to have one. When I asked her again, that she is refusing to give me a towel for my 6 year old, she said yes. When we arrived we checked in and paid, when we were leaving, no one was there to farewell. Hotel is clean and new, shower did not work well in our room. Water works in a weird way. No cattle to make tea. As you understand with service like that, there was no desire to stay for breakfast. I am a hotelier myself, dear owner of the place, or teach your staff what hospitality means or you have not much chances of survival. Your receptionist was stingy to give me a towel, I am stingy to give you a good score. See how it works?

UAUAUAThe room was clean and very comfortable. It has brand new furniture and was super clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Any breed was met with quick response. We spent time there in a good way after a long trip. Big thank for the kitchen-the food was very delicious. And I asked for the dinner and it was cooked very quick.
