Clean and well maintained

We had some problems finding the property

The property was in a gated area so you felt very safe. The apartment was clean, and nicely renovated with very cool wallpaper. Bedrooms were a good size. It was initially a little difficult to locate, but we got there in the end. Close to restaurants and not too far from the train station, although probably a little further than we thought. Not too noisy. Good value for a family.

Locating the main gate was a little challenging. We were looking for it on a different road. We did get finally locate it, but perhaps better directions might be of use for future customers.

It's so much bigger and cleaner than it looks! Plus two shower rooms and all very clean. The flat has everything you might need - towels are provided, hair dryer, washing machine, iron etc. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the centre of town in a quiet location and Marino is very helpful in providing guidance for the local area. Highly recommend!

There isn't a communal seating area as the kitchen is in the corridor and no sofas etc but the rooms are very spacious and better to be outside in the sun anyway so it's not really an issue!

Apartment is close to the beaches and city centre. You are in the centre in 10 minutes. Bedrooms are spacious.

Very noisy place. Flat is in the ground floor with windows to the passage to other houses, so people walk by even at night. You can hear the door slamming everywhere, absolutely everything in the apartment above you. In addition, there is a pump running all day and almost all night every hour from the technical room next door, which makes a terrible noise. So you really can't sleep here unless you are a heavy sleeper. There was foreign hair in the double bed and stains on the sheets

Great apartment, very clean, and responsive host.

The city of Pescara has dog poop all over the place, but the apartment itself is great and I recommend it!
