Location in the 2nd row behind the lake was good and quiet. Walking distance to the town center with numerous food and entertainment options. Breakfast options very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was big and bright.

There is no elevator, so if you are on the 2nd. floor you have to carry your baggage yourself. Cleanliness could be better. In my 3 night stay, the room wasn't cleaned once nor were the towels changed. Not exactly negative nor positive, but neutral - this is a family friendly hotel/guesthouse. So expect small children running around, screaming and splashing away in the pool. If you prefer somewhere quiet and peaceful you may be better off elsewhere.

The property is very very beautiful, centrally located, it had every amenity one could ask for. And the owner Kimi, she is extremely friendly(the best host I have had in all of my 5 stays in Vietnam). She was readily helping us with anything we needed. I would give her 20 out of 10 points. We stayed for 2 days, and we could not have wanted any better.

Clean, safe, location was excellent. Accommodation was excellent. It is a beautiful hotel with a great pool and beautiful flowers/fauna. The family that runs the hotel are kind and generous and friendly. I would stay here over and over again. You will not be disappointed. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Die Familie ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Bungalow war sehr neu und der Pool war mega. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und man kann sich Fahrräder ausleihen.

Absolute Empfehlung – Wir sind begeistert!Wir hatten eine super Zeit und haben unseren Aufenthalt direkt verlängert. Die Apartments sind absolut empfehlenswert. Das Hotel liegt optimal und die Zimmer sind sauber, mit super bequemen Betten, Klimaanlage, Ventilator, Kühlschrank und schnellem WLAN ausgestattet. Auch der schöne Pool mit den Nachtlichtern hat uns begeistert.Die Unterkunft wird von einer außergewöhnlich gastfreundlichen, netten und hilfsbereiten Familie betrieben, die den Aufenthalt wirklich verschönern möchte. Wenn man Fragen hat oder etwas benötigt, bekommt man sofort Unterstützung. Sollte es mal ein Problem geben, wird sich sofort darum gekümmert.Vor Ort kann man für wenig Geld Fahrräder oder Motorroller ausleihen. Auch ein Wäscheservice und Essen werden angeboten. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar.
