host and family were very welcoming and catered to our every need. Accommodation was clean. The room was spacious and we had a nice secluded area which was perfect. The hotel is tranquil and in a quiet area but not too far to walk into town. Everything is walking distance. We will definitely come again.

Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Man konnte sich auch Fahrräder für den Tag mieten. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut.

Wir hatten nicht die ganze Zeit warmes Wasser, obwohl der "hot water"- Knopf an war.

Ein familiengeführtes Hotel mit ganz tollen Menschen. Alle waren super hilfsbereit und wahnsinnig lieb. Werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Une couverture pour les nuits fraîches serait bienvenue, ainsi que quelques rangements dans la chambre. Une raclette pour la douche serait bien utile.

Nice and helpful hosts. Clean and spacious room and bathroom. The location was great, pretty central but still very quiet. Loads of restaurants and shops are just a short walk away, so is the central bus station. Breakfast was good, we could choose from several options (western and vietnamese). They also rented bikes, which we made deliberate use of. It was great that their bikes were actually large enough for westerners so we could ride comfortably and ergonomically. The area around Ninh Binh is just beautiful and we would have stayed longer, had they not been fully booked.

Nothing to complain about. Like everywhere here, pay in cash to avoid the credit card fee.

El trato con la familia fue lo mejor. Las instalaciones perfectas, todo muy limpio y ordenado

We arrived at 7am from an overnight bus and even tho check in wasn't until later the hosts were so good to us they had the room ready by 9am!!! We cud do our laundry there and we rented bikes for a good rate. Beds were comfy. Little hygiene packs provided such a toothbrushes etc. Ideal location! Hosts gave us bottles a water for our sleeper bus that night and let us leave our bags there all day. Thank you so much !!

Slight smell in bathroom when fan was on. Apart from that everything was perfect!
