I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful, supportive, and kind, always available whenever I needed assistance. I received a warm welcome upon arrival, which made me feel comfortable right away. Their hospitality was truly impressive. Considering the budget, the room was well-maintained and provided everything I required for a comfortable stay. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and experience.

The only drawback I experienced was that the restaurant was located a little farther away, which made dining slightly less convenient. Apart from this, everything else was excellent and I was very satisfied with my overall experience.

Le gérant est absoluement formidable, très bienveillant, accueillant. Après une grosse frayeur et mauvaise expérience avec un boda boda, il nous a organisé notre prochain trajet très rapidement et en toute sécurité. Merci encore Salomon. La chambre est basique, mais tout à fait correcte pour le prix.

"it okay for short stays"

I liked their hospitality and the way they make you feel like you are the home. they have the best services when it comes to helping you feel at easy. They make sure your safety is assured and they really made us feel safe.

Cold showers was the worst experience. I wish they can change that to be honest. The towel also should be changed because they look a bit old and not too good to be used. They can also maybe consider

Mr.EMMA Always has a friendly staff! Rooms are super clean! Mr. EMMA is a fanatic about cleanliness and hotel service! He faces some challenges because of power outages however he provides solar powered internet at all times. For the price it's a very very nice place to stay. It's located in a seasoned kampala neighborhood! It's very safe and it's a great experience to stay there. Food and juices can be delivered to rooms by many local cooks also. I highly recommend Emma's if your on a budget like me!

Sometimes.power might go out, but that's everywhere in the city.
