ITI was surprised to read so many negative reviews after my stay. The location is excellent, and the apartment’s facilities are of a high standard. The staff were very responsive via Booking.com messages, which made the stay even smoother. I would gladly stay here again.
We liked everything about our stay. If anything, upgrading the pillows could make the experience even better.

GBThe beds had no cushioning on them and a small tiny pillow. I asked for one extra and they told me each guest gets one pillow each. The blanket was uber basic. There was someone smoking and it filled my room for three days. The construction noise was awful and the entrance and corridors literally look like a prison. I had to film it and send to friends. The bathrom looks like a hospital wet room. It was that awful! The pictures make it look so much better than what it is.
