El edificio está en obras. No ha sido molesto porque hemos estado casi todo el tiempo fuera, pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta si se piensa estar en el apartamento en horas laborables.

DEwir waren froh, dass uns auf Nachfrage bestätigt wurde, dass es Bauarbeiten hinter dem Haus gab, so konnten wir uns darauf einrichten, jeden Morgen pünktlich geweckt zu werden, auch im Haus sah man an vielen Ecken, dass geabaut wird, schon im Hauseingang wurde man von Unmengen Müll begrüßt, was sich im Fahrstuhl fortsetzte, vom Balkon hatte man einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Baustelle und konnte so die Arbeiten dort verfolgen
es war nicht einfach, das Haus zu finden, rings herum gab es leider keine Parkmöglichkeiten, die Küche war sehr einfach eingerichtet und hatte kleine Mängel

there is a construction side below the balcony, where the work starts everyday around 7am in the morning. It’s extremely loud and that information was not disclosed to us before booking.
FRAppartement calme dans un quartier résidentiel à quelques minutes à pieds des arrêts de bus. Salon et chambre agréables, appartement lumineux. Commerces à proximité.
La cuisine est un peu vieillotte et l'utilisation des plaques chauffantes est peu intuitive, il faut actionner le minuteur sur le mur et sur le four. La douche sans cabine avec juste un rideau, déroute un peu. Les wc ne sont pas séparés.

HUJó helyen, stockholmi viszonylatban jó ér-értékben. A "construction work" említéséért nagyon nagy köszönet, így KORREKT! Hétvégén nincs munkálat, de munkanapokon igen. Aki csak itt alszik, annak tökéletes. A kódos bejutás miatt nem kell senkivel találkozni.
Az épület folyosói olyanok, mintha kórház vagy börtön lenne, nem túl barátságos, de tiszta! A "Studio" megnevezésű szálláshely megtévesztő, van ahol külön hálószobát említenek, közben 1 db szoba van egy 2 személyes ággyal és egy kanapéval, ami 2 főre kinyitható.Az ágyak kényelmesek. Figyeljenek erre a foglalók! Véleményem szerint a booking.com nem körültekintő ebben a vonatkozásban. A lakásba való bejutás (3 db kód:: -bejárat, - lift, - lakásajtó) a kevésbe "műszaki fanoknak" körülményes lehet. A konyhabútor felújításra vagy cserére szorulna. A fürdőszoba barátságtalan, de a célnak megfelel.
