"Lovely Forrest setting. Near to park and ride which was very convenient to get to the beach.Comfortable little bungalow."

8.0

Loved the setting, kitchen was lovely, double bed was comfortable, single beds were not so much, bathroom adequate.

The bench outside the property was very old and was worried to get a splinter from it. Better garden furniture would be nice.

"Would stay again as we had a lovely time but would pay the extra and upgrade to better accommodation"

6.0

We booked a gold bungalow No 270 - it had a full kitchen, with plenty of utensils/pots and pans and a dishwasher. The kitchen was spotless and the fridge and oven were immaculate. Our bungalow was on the edge of the site, with a picnic table outside and opened up onto a clearing in the woodland, which was perfect for our 6 year old, for adventure play, interesting walks and great for exploring - lots of squirrels and rabbits too. Beds and kitchen were clean and there were usb ports in the bedrooms. We enjoyed going to the kids club in the evenings and there was really good entertainment for a small child. The entertainers were fab. The site swimming pool was very good and the booking arrangements on the app worked well. The shop was well appointed and had plenty of pocket money items as well as some essentials. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The site was clearly well managed and quiet in the evenings/nights. There was also lots of entertainment for children during the day, however, we used the site as a base for visiting Porthcurno beach, St Michael's Mount and Land's End. There were two electric car chargers on site, however, there is a Tesla (open to all) super charger at Camborne just 15 minutes away.

Our cabin's exterior was covered in cobwebs and leaves and looked like it needed a good wash and brush up. The outside path was broken and some of the paving stones were missing. The double bed was dipped in the middle and uncomfortable and was too close to the cupboard in the bedroom and would be difficult for people with mobility issues to negotiate, the sofa was vinyl and difficult to sit or lie on, on arrival the cabin had a musty smell. The shower had plenty of hot water and took some getting used to regulating. We only ate at the clubhouse on one evening and the food wasn't great for the price, so we stocked up at the supermarket and ate in.

"Would not stay here again, although we were moved to another lodge the day after we arrived, it still could have done wi"

We enjoyed its woodland surroundings once we had been moved.

Very dirty, not sure it had actually been cleaned since previous visitors left. Floors sticky and black, duvets and pillows dirty, kitchen cupboards and utensils dirty.
