Bed was very comfy, value for money

Musty smell in lodge, shop was shut due to illness,swimming pool closed, restaurant hours not good should do breakfast etc...

It was clean and lots of room

Bathroom was small

We enjoyed parts of our stay, especially the staff, who were very friendly and helpful throughout. However, there are a few important improvements that should be made. First of all, the bathroom was missing basic essentials like a toilet brush, which is something that should definitely be provided. Also, the bathroom was extremely cold, to the point where it was uncomfortable to use, especially for families with children. This is something that really needs to be addressed. Another disappointment was the swimming pool. We were informed only one day before arrival that it was under maintenance. While an alternative was suggested about 10 minutes away by car, the access was limited to just one hour. By the time we got changed, there was very little time left to actually enjoy it, and having to go back wet with children in the cold was very inconvenient. Additionally, we were told we had booked Gold cabins, but unfortunately they did not meet expectations. Our friends stayed in Silver cabins which were noticeably cleaner, more spacious, and better ventilated, which was quite disappointing considering the difference in category. Overall, while the staff were great, these issues affected our experience and should be improved for future guests.

It was exactly what I needed …. Near St Ives and excellent value for money.

The property had everything we needed clean and tidy very modern, close parking good entertainment on site friendly professional staff

Lack of pool due to it being refurbished and not being told at time of booking

Restriction when and where you can have lunch , local restaurants only serving food from 5.30-7pm
