Everything was awful. The pictures speak for themselves he’s clearing living here, and didn’t even bother to have a cleaner come in and take care of anything hairs on the toilet hairs in the bathtub his clothes in the wardrobe bedsheets not washed. I left immediately and booked a travalodge. Currently waiting for a refund from booking.com. Highly recommend you stay away from this place.

BEHost was very friendly and helpful, especially when we were running late for check-in. It was quiet, away from the busy city of London The apartment was small but big enough for the 2 of us. Free parking in front of the door.
Maybe I'm a bit of a control freak, but I have high standards on hygiene. To me, I would have it left a lot more clean (especially the bathroom and kitchen). But from a man's point of view (I assume), it's okay.

The combi boiler broke down during the evening so it got cold (heavy frost during the night) and there was no hot water for a shower or a wash in the evening or following morning
GBPerfect location and with parking too!! Host was a phone call away whenever we needed anything!!
