Bathroom was great and has been done up to a high quality

The property is clearly undergoing a renovation so there are areas of the hotel which look like a building site. Bedroom was not very clean, food under the bed, stains on the chair and walls, no teaspoons and boiled water in the kettled had a horrible taste. Upon arrival earlier in the day there were other residents hanging out of the top windows yelling, which caused us anxiety and worry about staying at the property.
