My stay at this homestay was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the room had a strong unpleasant odour caused by deteriorating wooden fixtures and furniture. The cleanliness was also below expectations, as a shirt belonging to a previous guest was still left in the room. The situation became worse during check-out when the staff accused us of damaging a drawer that was already broken before our stay. Despite explaining this, our security deposit was deducted for the damage. We found this unfair and unprofessional, especially since the issue existed prior to our arrival. The staff's attitude was rude and unhelpful throughout the process, which made the experience even more frustrating. Unfortunately,
