Professionalism and kindness of staff.

Very nice room layout with a nice outlook to river. Staff friendly and helpful. Quite a pleasant stay overall

Unfortunately despite a small kitchen area , no ability to make tea or coffee in the room. with a long visit 17 nights it would have been nice to be able to boil a kettle. Add to that, the coffee machine in restaurant broken down quite often

Very friendly people. You have a choice of freshly cooked breakfast: eggs, omelet , sandwiches and a coffee. Large bright rooms with balcony, fridge, jacuzzi.

Was no jug to make a tea/ coffee in the kitchen room Had electric stove but you can’t use it as there is no pots/ pans . Cleaning could be better- mopping the floors. there was lots of ants coming from the balcony Could not walk in the lounge room . Also smoking is allowed in lobby/ breakfast room!

We liked the position by the river, and its manager Maria, who did everything she could to assure us and make our stay a success including arranging for a local taxi to collect us from the airport, even though we had a massive delay, and swaping our room for one very much more comfortable and well appointed. We liked the jacuzzi and balcony. The artwork in the corridors outside the rooms was a nice touch.

We felt the upper room we had was unsuitable - the roof supports being too low, making the room uncomfortable. It was not properly fitted out, the other staff could have been more customer focused, though we were very relieved to be greeted by a member of staff after a long delay and everything Maria did to sort things out. I imagine Maria will continue to make improvements.

Professional staff, warm welcome. Quiet room with confortable bed.

Nothing to mention

Marija, Branka and the rest of the staff were amazing. Anything that could have potentially become a problem got resolved promptly. Their breakfast is great, not continental, but a choice of cooked breakfasts. The hotel is in a lovely spot on the river. Overall, I would strongly recommend Soul Food River Hotel.
