The staff were extremely helpful. Especially when my colleague left her phone in an Uber car. The guy in the reception took it very personal and tracked the driver down and got in contact and got the phone back. The room service was great as the dishes were amazing. The location was perfect, and getting an Uber was easy even in high traffic times. The breakfast was Veg with bread and toast options. The tea was amazing. Overall, it was a good experience.

The rooms were not serviced (especially change of garbage bins), which were not done daily. Room faced another local resident balcony. Curtains blocked the view. Room had moth balls, which my son was allergic to. It's probably to keep small cockroaches away (which i came across the hallway, never in the room)
