Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Dank Google Übersetzer auch ohne Englisch kein Problem in der Kommunikation. Fahrräder konnten sicher abgestellt werden. Es gab ein Begrüßungsgetränk, da das B&B gleichzeitig ein Caffee+ Teehaus betreibt. Ein eher europäisches aber gutes Frühstück.

Easily the best and friendliest place we have stayed in Taiwan! Michael and his staff are incredible. Always helpful and kind. Michael took a lot of time helping us to arrange our trip to Green island - then when the ferry was cancelled due to poor weather he got us back our payment to the ferry company. When we were transferring to our next hotel where the owner spoke no English helped to communicate on the phone for us. There was some renovations in the hotel which caused no trouble or noise to us at all but Michael offered us a gift because of this. His staff frequently gave us complimentary coffees when we returned after being out exploring. The room was spotlessly clean and enormous bed so comfortable. Power shower fantastic. We had a little rooftop garden off our room which was lovely to sit out at in the mornings. If you want a hotel with a wonderfully kind and comfortable feel in Taitung you must stay in the Venice B&B! Oh, and the coffee is the best we have tasted in Taiwan! And the free hotel bikes are great for exploring the city which has a great network of cycle paths.
