Breakfast is ok sraff is cooperative. Cleanness is very effective Size of the room is good. Reception is proper maintained.

TV is not connected with any Channel you have to use your own account for Youtube or any other app

Breakfast was served of course before usual time, as we had to catch flight in the early morning. Location is very nice for first time visitors, as it is nearest to Srinagar Airport.

One room with carpet and the other without carpet. Differentiate our stay with no difference. Both were good rooms.

There was no ac in the hotel

The staff who was bringing us food and other things was polite, it was close to airport and nift srinagar

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The hotel is not worth 4k a night at all. The bedsheets had strange threads coming out, making me uncomfortable throughout my stay. While the staff was generally friendly, the guy with long beard at reception was incredibly rude. I needed to take a work call at night and asked to sit on the common area at reception, but he repeatedly insisted on shutting off the lights and going to sleep. He was irritated and intrusive, questioning why I had to talk at night, which was none of his business. To add to the frustration, he refused to provide a lighter or matchsticks when I asked for them, and he kept insisting on pre-paying for the hotel before checkout, making the entire experience unpleasant and inconvenient. I won't be returning here.

Very friendly hotel staff. The owner Yusuf is deeply involve in customer care. Newly made very neat and clean hotel. Food is also good but as kashmiri people eat spicy, the foods are little spicy but rates are economical and genuine. Foods are testy. Hotel helps to yatra people to keep their luggage in storage area.sorrounding is very good and safe on airport approach road. We enjoyed culture and hospitality of kashmir and very good darshan of baba Amarnath.

Food, friendly staff, cleanliness and hygiene, clean and calm surrounding. Location in between airport and main city in cool place.
