Home2 Suites By Hilton Sanford

Our stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton in Sanford, NC was perfect. The large/suite was very clean and comfortable. And, the staff that we interacted with were very helpful and made check-in/out a breeze.

Location was a bit outside of raleigh, but the dreamville festival ws taking place that weekend, so unfortunately we were unable to stay closer, however this location and hotel was perfect. large parking lot nice seating area with a firepit out front. the room was huge and the bathroom was huge too. the shower was clean and amenities were solid for a hotel like this.

the only issue with the location is that is right by the highway, the windows did a decent job, but the highway noise at night was a slight issue. I would suggest getting a room on the opposite side of the highway if available.

To start, the luggage carts are a joke. They are airport luggage carts with no way to hang clothes on that need to stay unwrinkled. I had to work nights and did not notice until I was ready to sleep that the skirting around the bed was dirty, the comforter was stained, the refrigerator shelves were clearly sticky, and there were hairs in the shower that were not mine as I hadn't used the shower yet. No, I did not say anything because I was too tired to move all my stuff to another room. I left at 0345 in the morning and there was no one at the desk. The whole area and the area around the desk was dark. No one came out. I'm pretty sure they were sleeping as there are cameras everywhere and I came down to get a cart before I left so if they were in the back, they would have seen me. Someone should have checked to see if I wanted my receipt or how my stay was. Food was good.

Newer facilities. Very Clean. Modern.

Phone call around midnight accusing me of making too much noise when I was in bed. Was told "I am calling around randomly trying to figure out who is making so much noise." Told him he should have opened with that and not just accused me. Or even better, walk upstairs yourself and figure it out for yourself. Did not appreciate being disturbed so late at night.

Hotel was very nice, clean . Rooms were very spacious. Staff were very friendly. Definitely would stay again . It appeared to be a new hotel . Great location .

On the way to our room. The staff was using foul language. The male staff mean was walking around with his shirt off. The female and male was making sexual remarks towards each other.

The staff should be more professional.
