The host is speedy to reply and very helpful. He helped us with our specific needs for the check-in and check-out times. And even had the sofa bed already made when we arrived at night. The house, the position, and the beach were all great. We also appreciate the gift basket. Everything was splendid.

The sofa bed is a bit hard. An extra mattress to put on top of the sofa could be nice.
