Clean, good location, modern

I sent an email a couple of days before stating arrival 3 to 4pm via Booking.com, The email was not replied to. We arrived just before 3pm and waited for someone to meet us - as per Booking. com reservation. No one met us. It was obvious from the key boxes that we needed a code to get in. I rang the property on the phone number provided. The phone number was unobtainable. I ran Booking.com who were very helpful - I was put on hold for 20 mins, whilst they tried to contact the property. No one answered the phone. Booking.com then sent an email to them and said if the pin code was not sent within 30 mins we would be relocated to another property. Eventually I was contacted by someone about 20 mins later who provide the pin code. Waiting in 35 degree centigrade having got up at 4am and after a long journey was not pleasant. None of the inconvenience was justified - providing a pin number in the 21st Century after you've paid for a property is not difficult. I would not recommend the property for this sole reason. The owners need to care more.

Location was great and under ground car park was within 50m with day parking 13 euro/day

Internet connection sometimes would drop out

The accommodation was trouble-free. The apartment is nice and corresponds to the photos. You could park right in front of the entrance, or nearby. We had the center on foot, even with a stroller. We would love to come back. Thank you :)

Very unresponsive host and the room is not an apartment
