We didn't receive a code via email prior to our arrival. We had to call the host, to get instructions. This is frustrating because it is not easy to call someone in the middle of the road. Also he had 3 different pair of keys for the other apartments on our floor which is not safe.

We didn't receive a code prior for the locker. The locker had our keys plus the keys to all the apartments in our floor which is totally unsafe. Also although it states the room provides toiletries, our room didn't have shamppo/shower gel and upon contacting the host he told us the room doesn't provide it and if we wanted he'd have to buy some. Upon asking neighbors from other apartment, their room had some.

Alles soweit in Ordnung. Leider kein Bügeleisen wie zuvor angegeben. Und das Klopapier war nur eine halbe Rolle.

Location was good, apartment has potential but falls short in delivering it.

Not everything was as shown in the pictures - no mirror, kitchen is different. Apartment was dirty, found hair in the shower, dust everywhere and all of the curtains were stained. No toiletries even though they were listed. No duvet - only dusty bedcover, it was cold in the apartment even though we closed all the windows. Lack of communication from the host - nobody came to check us in or gave any instructions beforehand so we had to ask for everything we wanted to know, certainly not something you expect from self check-in. Definitely not a 4* accommodation.

It was challenging to contact the host

Very clean. Good spot for walking into the centre.

Was tricky getting key as Booking.com gave me the wrong password so it took a phone call to the owner of the property.
