The property definitely has strong points. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. There is a motorbike rental service available (even if slightly overpriced), a convenient on-site restaurant, and the rooms are well-equipped with two showers in addition to the bathroom. We also really appreciated the flexibility of an early check-in without any issues. In the end, despite a few communication and pricing concerns, the positives outweighed the negatives
Rating: 8/10 The initial experience wasn’t great. After booking and receiving a welcome message via Booking, we were contacted on WhatsApp the evening before arrival and told there was no availability anymore. Only after we reported the issue to Booking did they follow up saying they had managed to arrange a place for us, which caused some unnecessary stress. Another aspect we didn’t particularly like was the pricing. When asking about different services, many prices were higher than those mentioned in the original welcome message, often justified by the Tet holiday. In some cases, prices were even higher than those shown on signs at the property, which felt a bit inconsistent.
