Location is good. Very private.

During the night when it was cold, I could not get the aircon to work. The bed had no top sheet, only a duvet and blanket. There was no complimentary bottled water in fridge available. The kettle's pouring mouth did not have a sieve, so when boiling water all the calcium build-up ends in your coffee cup. The parking bays are very limited and difficult to use.

I loved the privacy & safety of the property. The gardens are beautiful & welll established. There is a good view from the front (by the swimming pool) towards the west of Bloemfontein. The room had everything I needed for a positive stop over.
