Great location close to many shop and in the town. The Host is very responsive and helpful.

there is an event when electric outage for about 6 hour at night. it is actually uncontrollable, and its just a ""Sabah" thing. Normal. (i live in Tawau >2 years).

Strategic location with lots of amenities

Nothing much to say, maybe security guard can be very rude when exiting building after leaving access card in keys lot.

"Spacious 3 bed secure apartment"

Spacios bright 3 double bed in a secure complex with a nice swimming pool and gym. Beware for woman to use the pool woman no bikini allow and only full swim wear with sleeves and short type

No shops nearby so will need to get Grab( Uber) its very cheap. Kitchen pots and pans ...poorly equipped.

"Nicht empfunden"

Das Apartment war sehr groß. Die Sicherheitsmaßnahmen waren sehr gut. Sauber. Es gab ein Fitnessstudio, Badmintonhalle, Sauna und einen großen Pool, den wir aber alle drei Tage aufgrund umfangreicher Reinigungsarbeiten nicht nutzen konnten.

Die Lage war nicht sonderlich zentral. Das Apartment roch sehr stark, insbesondere die beiden Bäder. Das Apartment war sehr spartanisch und ungemütlich eingerichtet. So gab es nur zwei Schlachtermesser und keine normale Messer. Das Bett war sehr hart und die Kopfkissen ebenfalls. Aufgrund der vorgenannten Sicherheitsmaßnahmen und der spartanischen Einrichtung sowie des starken Geruchs fühlten wir uns nicht wirklich wohl.
