"Very Comfortable Stay"

Facilities are well equipped including washing machine. Spacious living hall and bedrooms. Will stay here again if back in Sandakan.

No shower curtain so every time shower will wet the toilet bowl.

"Great value. Clean, large self contained apartment."

Wonderful property. Large, clean, kitchen, 3 big bedrooms that are well equipped. The gym is very well equipped and wonderful swimming pool. Ideal for families. Approx a 20min it’s Grab/Taxi into Sandakan. Very secure. Pick up key for self checkin is off site - 5min drive away. Very good communication.

"Clean, comfortable and welcoming!"

It was clean and comfortable. Parking area was undercover and secure which was great as we rented a ute to cruise around. Property is close to shops, supermarket and a quick drive to attractions like the Sepilok sunbear and orang utan rehabilitation centre. Good communication with the property owner as well.

Lovely apartment. Lots of space & very clean.

Not the property itself but strict rules around women’s swimwear in the pool. Also the changing rooms don’t have toilet paper or soap.

"Brand new condo, everything was amazing."

Everything was perfect. This flat is in a brand new condo complex. It is exceptionally clean, rooms are perfectly arranged, huge living room and kitchen area. For the 5 of us (my wife, and 3 friends from which 2 is a couple) it was perfect. We only got 1 set of keys initially but we asked for another one and got it in an hour or so. We didn't even have to be home, it was left on the table for us in the evening. There is an awesome swimming pool, whirpool, gym area. The only thing to notice here is that you have to be fully dressed if you are a woman to use the swimming pool (muslim rules). Location was great and we loved every minute of our stay here.

Very strict muslim rules for women to be able to use the swimming pool.

Brand new flat with modern finish Very comfortable Good facilities onsite too Self check in worked fine with very detailed instructions

Not close to a shop if you don’t have a car
