Guter Blick auf die Blick, Personal war freundlich . Das überteuerte Restaurant haben wir nicht genutzt.

Das Hotel müsste komplett überholt werden, die Farbe blättert ab, der Teppich hat Flecken, es ist dunkel und düster wegen der dunklen Holzdecken, die fenster im Frühstücksraum waren nicht sauber, das Personal hat laut mit Geschirr geklappert, das Badezimmer ist dunkel und hat nur eine Badewanne zum Duschen, der Pool war nicht nutzbar, das Frühstück war passabel - mehr nicht! Wir haben einen Drink in der Bar genommen- 1 Baileys = 12,00€ extrem überteuert. Das Hotel entspricht auf keinen Fall dem Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Als Bettdecke hatten wir eine Wolldecke, eingewickelt in ein Laken......sehr enttäuschend !!!

Neben einen im Allgemeinen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt, ist das reichhaltige Frühstück zu erwähnen. Eine klasse Unterkunft mit tollem Ausblick auf die Burg!

"Bon Hotel et personnel à l’écoute."

Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Merci par exemple à Ivandro pour son aide. Comme le restaurant était fermé, nous avons réservé un restaurant dans le centre (facile à rejoindre à pied) et nous avons été très très bien reçus et servis comme des rois : le Solar Bragancano. La propriétaire parle français et est aux petits soins pour ses clients.

Really comfortable hotel, very attentive and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable with parking out front and an open air swimming pool/terrace area

The restaurant was closed to public on one evening for a private function that also closed the pool and terrace, would have been good to know in advance . Hotel is situated on a hill overlooking town, great views but not for the sedentary

Very spacious room with a lovely view

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed that day. The outdoor facilities looked a little careworn!
