Uncomfortable mattresses

The apartment is clean, tidy and quiet, with complete kitchen utensils. The landlord is very friendly, replies to messages in time and can help answer questions, so check-in smoothly. Next time I come to Oxford, I will definitely choose this apartment. Highly recommended.

the property is lovely, it was spacious and clean and the owners provided quality coffee etc.

there was a noise that sounded like the neighbour was sanding the floor that went on about every 5 minutes or so ALL night!!!! it was IMPOSSIBLE to sleep. At some stage I went out to bang on the neighbours door but then all other flats lights didn't appear to be on. I considered calling the police to sort it out but didn't know where to start. I got to thinking that it may be something on the roof like a mobile phone tower or something that makes a noise when the wind blows. Whatever was causing it though, i was BESIDE myself with frustration and anger

Location was good. Nice spacious apartment. Liked bath. Beds comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood

Shower bit tricky to turn on. Shower curtain ends stained. One of two fans was broken. Had sent message about it but did not hear back. It was very hot weather and needed two fans. One for each bedroom.

Mobile signal is weak. The property is on the top floor and you have to walk on steps with luggage.

Spacious house in a calm residential area with convenient connectivity to public transport

Throughout the stay we faced issues with the WiFi and the location did not have good mobile network. The mattresses were not comfortable

Spacious flat, plenty of light. Very close to a nice park. Well equipped kitchen.

Soft mattress - but not a problem. We are just used to sleeping on firm mattresses.
