Visava Amusement Park & Resort Navi Mumbai

Waterpark was fun . Food ,room service ,staff was ok .DJ at night near restaurant area for people staying overnight.

- Overpriced - When we went for check-in we were told at the reception that there was no booking confirmation received from booking.com under my name and that they have stopped taking reservations from booking.com as many of the rooms were under renovation.Staff managed to provide us one of the last cottage room available .

Like: - Location close to Mumbai - Good Wifi connection - Very good landscape and views - Waterpark is good for all age groups

Didn't Like: - No network for Vodafone Idea and Jio users - Too much waiting for checkin - Lack of signboards to navigate towards hotel rooms, restaurant, waterpark entrance and other facilities at the resort. Food Review: - Not much options for breakfast. - Food arrangement for the day waterpark packagers should be at different location and not outside of Garam Masala restaurant. Currently it is just outside of the restaurant, which makes this place very crowded, wet and dirty. - At Garam Masala restaurant, service was very slow and they have not managed properly. They took 45 to 60 minutes to serve the food. Even for basic items like butter milk, rotis they took more than 20 minutes to serve. - Average food quality. Room Review: - Room was not cleaned properly. - Electric Kettle in the room was very dirty. - AC, TV was in good condition. WaterPark: - It is overcrowded due to school vacations and long weekend. Should try to limit the no. of entries which resort can manage. Most of the issues mentioned above are due to overcrowding, and I think resort was not able to managed it properly.
