Staff was friendly and polite.

However their service was very poor. Ask for anything and it takes them an hour. Washroom requires major cleaning. TV remote was not working. Took them a long time to replace it. Asked them to refill the tea rations, that too took an hour. Gave them the room keys at 11:00 am, but the room was not cleaned even after 3 hours. It seems that the pics on your app were taken during inauguration of the hotel. The present state is something else.
