the place is neat and comfy, and the kitchen appliances and tools are reliable, i luv the place!

the airfreshner scent is masculine and kinda strong but i just had to unplug it :)

It's really nice place! It's clean, smells good! AC working nice! Nice people everywhere, near mall, where you can buy almost everything! Grab coming here without any problems! Nice pool!!

Only water from shower was sometimes too cold haha

Interior design is cozy and comfy. It’s got almost everything that you need! Location is good. Easy to book a grab ride. It’s right across SM Sucat Mall and near a hospital in case of emergencies. There are convenience stores on both sides of the main gate.

Would have been nicer if there was a mirror in the bathroom, a bathroom mat right outside the shower cubicle and a wall clock in the living/dining room.
