Downtown Loft with Balcony & Parking

This apartment is in a great spot, convenient to grocery shopping and restaurants and a nice walk into downtown. The hosts are communicative, responsive, and extremely helpful, which made it easy to enjoy their stylish home.

As advertised, the aesthetic is modern and on the minimalist side. Don't expect big lounge chairs you'll want to sit around in all day, which should be fine--there's so much to get out and explore in Reykjavik and beyond instead!

The apartment is extremely well furnished and comfortable. Every amenity, including a washer and dryer, has been installed. The hosts are welcoming, responsive and helpful.

Everything! This is one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in. Just lovely. So clean, so well equipped, so modern. Brilliant location, safe and secure. We could not ask for any more. The small touches were really appreciated, such as the kitchen equipment and basics and the bathroom toiletries. It really had been a perfect place to stay and we hope to return.

We loved the location of this apartment, you can easily walk or scooter to any area of Reykjavik that your heat desires! We especially enjoyed its proximity to the bay for morning walks, the multiple food halls near Harpa and of course the area around Hallgrímskirkja. Aside from the great location, the apartment was well equipped for any cooking you may need to do "eating out in Iceland is pricey!". It was a great perk to be able to cook some meals or a goods snack before going out and running around the city. Overall 10/10 stay!

The hosts were very accommodating and the apartment was really clean and modern as well. Every small thing was provided. The kitchen is well equipped too. Very close to the bus stop from where the tours start. Had a great stay!

The place is simply amazing! the apartment is wonderful, spacious, super clean, equipped with everything one might need, it has fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms (one is just a toilet and one with toilet and shower which is very convenient when coming in four people) and what’s more it’s so stylish and nicely decorated I could simply just live there permanently 😊 the location is also great, very close to the center, it’s a short walk to the main Laugavegur street or the famous Reykjavik church so absolutely no need to use public transport for sightseeing the city. There is a self check in so totally flexible when it comes to the time of arrival. Couldn’t imagine a better place to stay in Reykjavik ❤️
