We were impressed with the size of the property. It certainly has a charm which helps to make it a comfortable place to stay The location was very convenient to many facilities in the city

Great Location Spacious Washing machine

It is a wet, dark basement and it smells like it Listing a terrace as a facility is a joke. It is more of a broom closet with A/C units hanging above your head Your bedroom is separated from the building's infrastructure by a thin wall. Whenever anyone in the building turns on air conditioning, you will know it. It was loud at night. The bathroom was not too clean Paint was falling off the walls because of the humidity the shower was leaking so that after taking one the floor was flooding Stairs, when getting into the "apartment" are high and uncomfortable, not suitable for older people or those having mobility issues. Very small windows make it nearly impossible to ventilate properly. After a weeks stay all of our clothes got wet

Since it’s a lower ground floor it was a bit stuffy and humid

Obiekt położony jest w najlepszej możliwej lokalizacji – blisko głównych atrakcji Bari i świetnie skomunikowany z resztą miasta. Apartament okazał się przestronny, bardzo wygodny i wyposażony we wszystko, co potrzebne do komfortowego pobytu. Dużym atutem był również bezproblemowy i szybki kontakt z właścicielem, który zawsze służył pomocą i reagował na każdą prośbę czy pytanie.

Buena vivienda, bien ubicada, cerca (no al lado) de la estación de trenes, se puede llegar caminando. Tal cual las fotos del departamento, está en un subterráneo, poca luz natural, pero para nosotros no fue tema. Lo mejor la cercanía a la zona histórica.

Por la ubicación (subterráneo) el Wifi no es de los mejores. Al final terminamos utilizando el de mi teléfono, fuera del departamento. Tiene un aroma a humedad, pero nada que moleste.
