Nice family hotel, great massages, very good location close to everything.

Construction works were loud, drilling every morning . Glass part of the door let the light from the corridor get in.

Closeness to Khem Beach

Firstly, there is construction happening all around the hotel. It is very noisy from 7.30am with mechanical equipment and dusty. The building construction will continue for months as they appear to be renovating several buildings in the street. The hotel don't give any prior warning to the noise and disturbance. Secondly, The hotel messed up our booking. They say the type of room I booked was no longer available even though I had booked it 4 months in advance and confirmed it twice before arrival. They say their messages are managed by someone who's not at the hotel. They also blame booking.com for some sort of system issue but I think it's just an excuse. Basically they didn't really care about the mess up, apart from offering a reduction in the room price. Unfortunately the whole island was booked up otherwise I would have moved to another hotel. There are plenty of other hotels on this street that seem nicer.

The hotel is located in a very close proximity of one of the most beautiful beaches in Phu Quoc, in a peaceful newly developed area. The room was spotless and had everything I needed. Mrs Maja, Mr Lai and their son were amazing hosts! Very friendly and supportive- helped me a lot when I needed some medical assistance, stayed with me as much as I needed and made sure I understood everything what doctors said. Also they were checking on me for several days when I felt unwell and I can’t thank them enough! 🙏🙏🙏
