Номер очень чистый,мебель новая,оформлен стильно,много места для хранения вещей,уборка каждый день -необходимо оставить ключ.Очень хороший кондиционер,встроен в потолок и не над кроватью,от этого быстро настраивается комфортная температура.Кухня на верхнем этаже,можно приготовить еду.Там же есть холодильник,можно оставить свою еду.В номере тихо,т.к находится на параллельной главной улице,все очень близко к пляжу и ко всем кафе.

В номере нет холодильника и сейфа.

No minibar in the room. But it doesn't matter much.

Das Alba Sand Hotel liegt sehr nahe am Khem Beach.

Puh, es fing schon mit Begrüßung an. Die Familie, die das Hotel betreibt, spricht kein Englisch. Gleich zu Beginn wurde uns ein Zettel mit Strafandrohungen überreicht, falls wir stinkende Früchte im Zimmer essen sollten. Im Hotelzimmer angekommen erwartete uns eine weitere Auflistung mit Geldbeträgen, die zu bezahlen sind, falls etwas kaputt geht. Soviel Misstrauen haben wir auf unserer gesamten Vietnamreise nicht erlebt. Ein weiterer Negativpunkt ist die Lage des Hotels in einer Häuserreihe in der die meisten Gebäude leer stehen. Das ist am Khembeach so, aber auch in Sunset Town, die nicht weit vom Khembeach entfernt ist. Aus meiner Sicht ist Phu Quoc grundsätzlich keine Reise mehr wert. Zu sehr wurde in die Natur eingegriffen und es wurden absurde Orte geschaffen, die wie heruntergekommene Filmkulissen wirken.

Loved the hosts! They were very sweet - also let me borrow a Vietnamese hat for free - and gave us beautiful fridge magnets when we were leaving!!! The room is just 2-5 mins (walking distance( from Khem beach which is AMAZING!!!!!! Beautiful, pristine water, with a nice crowd - no nuisance.

The bathrooms & rooms didn't have a freshener. There was a weird smell sometimes.

Close to ocean

The bathroom smells like sewers, the village street has no lights, the air conditioner is not cold enough.

Generally everything is good, we had some discount here in the app so it is worth the money we've paid.

1. Very strange shower water system - when you take a shower the water just flows on the floor just near the water closet. So after you take a shower you can't go to the toilet without getting your feet wet for a long time until the floor becomes dry. 2. They didn't give us the room we booked, instead they gave us another room so there's no strong guarantee of your bookings here.

New hotel with a new simple furnishings, lift, kitchen with everything what you need to cook, fridge in the kitchen, free to use, washing mashine, You can rent motorbike for really good price. Around the hotel is lot of street food what we used for breakfast and drinks during the day. Also restaurants, massage spa on high standard. Beach is 5 minutes walk, the sea is so clean and shallow, it’s great for babies and kids. You can’t swim after sunset and when is red flag on the pole. You can rent a kayak from the resort next too just for 200k per adult and the half for your child, also you can you the bar on the beach. Also you can grab a bike or taxi and go to the main road for restaurant or supermarket just behind the roundabout. Free shuttle to the cable car from the resort, it’s the bus with the open roof. So close is American concentration camp for Vietcong members, the biggest pagoda on the island - 20 minutes to drive. We used Grab for taxi, the best pickup point is in the front of Ann Spa. Just walk around the block. All the hotel is family running business and I felt at grandma cottage’s holiday, definitely recommended.
