The cleanliness. The helpfulness of the hosts. The quiet and safe location. The modern home and ammenities. The garden and outdoor area was beautiful through limited seating for the summer months.

Checkout process - when we were leaving, the cleaners were coming in. I left the key on the door as the cleaners were inside, however they called me multiple times saying they didn't see the keys. Eventually they did but I felt they were threatening my deposit. Also there is only one shower and no rooms are ensuite - this cased a chaotic bathroom situation for morning runs.

Great little house, very modern and well designed. Very close to the nearest tube station, you can easily cut across the nearby park, around 10-15 mins max to walk. House also has a small driveway providing parking for one car. We had two cars but additional parking in the street opposite was available at a small additional cost of £5 per day. Owner was very quick to arrange this for us and communicated well with us overall. Would definitely recommend and would book again when visiting London and surrounding areas. Thank you!
