El Dorado Sunset Haven Playa de las Americas

The apatment’s description and photos are accurate. As a pair of elderly travelers staying for two weeks, we found everything in the apartment to be in exellent working order, including the kitchen, the bathroom and washing machine. We appreciated that there were some supplies in the kitchen (cooking oil, spices, coffe filters, water, beer …) and bathroom (laundry detergent pods for the washing machine, shampoo, body soap …). Note: The coffe maker uses ground coffee. The best things about the apartment are the location, the balcony with the excellent view towards the ocean and La Gomera and the two gated parking lots. The swimming pool area is nice (slightly salted water in the bigger pool) with a small poolside bar and plenty of loungers. Be aware there are no sunshades. Some reviewers have mentioned the noise from nearby bars late into the evening and even into the night. It did not bother us and was a welcome sign that people want to have fun and enjoy life. Finally, the communication with the host Francesca and her colleague Renato prior to our arrival and during/after our stay was prompt and professional. The security deposit was refunded without issue.

No table to put thing on. Only 3 seat anywhere so nowhere to sit outside with friends. No microwave. . Iron, but nowhere to iron on anywhere.

Із позитивного, балкон з чудовим видом на океан. На кухні було все необхідне для приготування сніданків, але потрібно бути готовими зустріти тарганів, вони величезні. Перевагою також є паркомісце на території готелю, де можна залишити авто, оскільки на вулиці біля готелю всі паркомісця зайняті. І ввічливий персонал.

Не можу рекомендувати цей номер по декільком причинам. По перше, в номері старі вікна без звукоізоляції, ввечері і до самого ранку надзвичайно шумно від караоке бару та спорт бару поблизу. Неможливо спати без берушів або навушників. По друге, в спальні весь час був дуже неприємний запах, вірогідно він йшов від ковдри, якою вкриватись було некомфортно. По третє, темного кольору, запрана постільна білизна, теж не додавала комфорту. Загалом номер старий, зі старими меблями.
