Room was quiet. Beds comfortable. Staff really nice. Location convenient.

The heating/cooling system is unpleasant. It will not run at a nice neutral (like 70⁰) temp. The fan has 3 settings: cool, warm, off. Neither cool nor warm will moderate to the set temperature. They just keep going. I had to keep switching between settings, especially at night so we wouldn't freeze or swelter. The other annoyance was that the pull out sofa bed would not fold back to being a sofa unless the bedding was removed. Ergo, we sat on the beds, or one of us used the damaged office chair. All for a price more than double what we paid for totally pleasant lodging on our way to FL.
