Swimming pool out of order throughout our stay. Deposit of euro 1500 high but was refunded in full. Advance information required by a new Spanish law was bureaucratic enough for us to nearly canx befor arrival but the management co. found a way round this in the end. Glass corners of hall table dangerous.⁸

The view of the sea

The swimming pool was not functioning and we had not been told. We were charged three hundred euros after our stay for ‘additional cleaning’. We found the property agency Benalcoast Properties to be very defensive when we complained about the pool. We noticed from other peoples complaints that they attack anyone who leaves a poor review by undermining their review.

The location was fantastic, right on the beach, with lovely restaurants very close by. The apartment was also fantastic. Extremely well equipped with absolutely everything we needed.

Nothing

The apartment was beautiful ,it was spotless clean with everything u could think off stocked in the kitchen.we went as a family of 7 and there was plenty of room , they had towels stocked high , stuff for the tennis courts, the pool was heated very well and the apartment had ther own private sun loungers , the shops pubs ,are on the door step, facing the beach also , I can’t say anything bad about the place or location, the balcony is amazing the view is so beautiful.

We where to collect keys from the lock box at the apartment but they weren’t in the box , we called the number from the booking and had to wait 40 minutes for some body to arrive with the keys , they where apologetic and polite but with 7 people and tired children after traveling for hours it was a let down for the high price we paid for the apartment
