La piscine et la grande place de sable juste devant.

Le rideau de douche un peu court. Un minimum pour cuisiner (sel & poivre) aurait été appréciable.

Sehr gepflegte kleine Apartment-Anlage in wunderbarer Strandlage, gemütlicher Pool unter Palmen, sympathische Poolbar mit großem Angebot, sehr nettes Personal, Liegen & Sonnenschirm + Getränk am Strand mit 5€/Tag absolut ok. Strandabschnitt schön ruhig, obwohl nah zu Rethymnon, alles perfekt :-)

To nasz trzeci pobyt w tym hotelu. Wygodne czyste pokoje, które przeszły ostatnio modernizacje na duży plus, kuchenki indukcyjne, nowe meble i daszki na balkonach. Przemiła obsługa, rodzinna atmosfera, świetna lokalizacja. To wszystko sprawia, że jak przyjeżdżamy do Rethymno to tylko zakwaterowanie w Ilian.

"Séjour agréable dans un établissement confortable doté d'une jolie piscine"

Petit appartement confortable et très propre avec un petit balcon et une belle vue sur la piscine et la mer . Accueil très chaleureux de Maria (petit jus d orange frais pour nous accueillir). Accès au centre ville à pied en longeant la plage (40 minutes). Petit parking à l'entrée de l'établissement.

"A relaxing stay in a gem of an apartment complex"

The complex is family run and a lot of pride is taken to keep it in this pristine state. We specifically stayed in this part of Rethymno to be close to where our daughter was staying. It may be a little too far for some, if you are wanting to be closer to town, but for us, it was perfect, with lots of lovely restaurants nearby. Everything you see in the pictures, the beach, the pool, the bar area and the rooms are the same. The family feel is evident throughout and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you Maria for our amazing stay, and to Marius and Ilias for their excellent chocolate milkshakes etc.

The atmosphere of the second week was not so nice due to a large group of people arriving. The first week was much more sedate and enjoyable. All of this is outside of Ilian's control though.

Extérieur magnifique ! On se sent vraiment en vacances. La propriétaire est très gentille ainsi que tout le personnel ! La place de stationnement est idéale aussi !
