Etwas lieblos alles in allem: Sitzecke sehr eng und wackelig, kein Licht dort, im Bad kaum Möglichkeiten, etwas abzustellen, nasse Handtücher der Vormieter hingen im Schrank, offene Milch und Saft der vorherigen Gäste standen noch im Kühlschrank, WLAN-Code war für uns nicht zu entziffern. Kein guter erster Eindruck leider. Auf Rückfrage dazu über zwei Stunden keine Antwort erhalten, dann Vermieter angerufen, der zwar nett die Fragen beantwortet hat (Putzfrau hat einiges vergessen, WLAN-Code unterm Router), dem das Ganze aber eher egal schien. Am Abreisetag kam nach (!) unserem Check-out die Anweisung, wo wir bei unserer Abreise morgen (!?) die Schlüssel deponieren sollen... Auf unserer Reise durch Schottland die bisher größte Enttäuschung hinsichtlich Gastfreundlichkeit. Wasser schmeckte übrigens nach Chlor und WLAN musste ständig neu gestartet werden, weil es nicht funktionierte..

Great location, great access to local public transport and less than a half hour walk into the city centre.

Bathroom door handle and lock didn’t work very well but we got around it by loudly announcing when we were using it.

The communication with Lee was super easy. We had all the information with plenty of time in advance. Lee responded promptly. Lee was very helpful in facilitating the recovery of a left-behind item. I appreciate it very much. The property is very close to many supermarkets, and it's in a family-friendly area. Very easy to travel around.

The wifi didn't work very well. But not a huge issue

This place gets 10/10. The location for us was perfect. All arrangements were clear so we had no issues getting in. The house itself is extremely comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. Thanks so much for a lovely stay

Great beds and kitchen. All rooms of the house were amazing. The location is excellent. Lee is really kind and answers fast when called to the phone.

The dining table is a little bit uncomfortable for four people, but it’s doable. The heater stopped working after the second day so it was cold most of the day inside. The cleaning, I gave a rating of “regular” due to some kitchen and bathroom accessories. The towels had hair before being used and the kitchen pan and plates weren’t clean. The parking is difficult since it’s what’s available on the street. Most of our stay no one vacated the ones that could be used. If you arrive with bags or have children is even more difficult.
