The apartment was very close to the old town 10 minutes walk The subway was a few minutes away., Parking was about 15 euro for 24hrs at an underground car park a few minutes from the apartment. Borja was very helpful, always responding very quickly to my messages

Toilet and shower very noisy. Also you can hear the street very loud if you open de window for sleeping.

The apartment owner did his best to allow us to check in early. After a nearly 18-hour flight, we were very grateful to be able to check in early. The apartment is conveniently located near the Santutxu metro station, just one stop away from the old town. Additionally, there are two supermarkets and a smaller grocery store within a 2-minute walk. In addition to its location, as mentioned in other reviews, this accommodation is clean, spacious, and comfortable. There was some street noise at night, but it was not too loud when the windows were closed. We had a very pleasant stay.

There are three bedrooms here. The streetlight outside the window of the second bedroom is bright, and the curtains only partially block the light, which could somewhat affect sleep (for some people).

Lovely apartment, spacious and great location for exploring Bilbao. Easy to find and with parking close by. Really well equipped which allowed us to cook each night including for our toddler and baby. Two good bathrooms both with nice showers in

Apartment was generally very clean but both bathrooms did need a quick wipe down/mop on arrival as didn’t seem to have been done (perfect elsewhere). Just a niggle but a few more sets of crockery/cutlery would have been useful, especially for more than 4 people staying. Also with being aware if you have lots of luggage that parking is either £13 a night or a 5/10 minute walk away.

Very clean and spacious for myself and 3 of my friends. It’s very walkable friendly. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. We arrived early to the apartment, earlier than the check in time, and the owner allowed us to leave our luggage while the cleaners was preparing the apartment for us, which allowed us to sightsee and visit the city early. We are so thankful that he did that for us.

There is not a dedicated parking space with the apartment. But if you are lucky you can find a spot on the street if not, you have a parking 24/24 5 minutes way on foot.

Great location as its only a 1 min walk to the Metro stop. Metro is really convenien and easy to use. Very short journey to old town & new town (and the San Mames football stadium) Flat was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. Easy-check in & out The owner messaged me on the day - easy comms via whatsapp messages and voice recordings etc The owner is able to open to door remotely. Really easy on arrival / check-out. Great service We feel in love with Bilbo!
