The bed is spring type, not comfortable to lay down.

No good at all! Everything is disappointing, the owner has no manners at all. Very disrespectful to her customers.

The owner is very rude, she didn’t provide services posted on her site. We were pax of 4 and she only provides beddings of 2. The other 2 stayed in sofa bed. With no beddings. We even insisted her to provide beddings and brought 2 blankets in the middle of the night and she’s letting us leave her “property in the middle of the night if we are not happy with it She said. NEVER CHOOSE THIS! You will be traumatized.

The location is great. It is recommended for family. We had a problem at first since the ad says it is a Pet friendly, then after confirming it was not. I contacted the owner immediately to raise the issue, and we agreed that she would allow us to bring our pet with some conditions since it's her first time accommodating with a pet. All in all, our stay was great. We will come back to that place for sure and will recommend it to friends.

No towels provided or maybe just forgot to leave some in the room. My mom had to buy towels.

Place is accessible to all the shops and dining spots around Cubao.

Cleanliness could be improved especially for the restroom.
