Apartments & rooms Ana Sukosan

- close to the beach D- Marina,wich is one of the best in Sukosan and also walking distance to Thommy supermarket - lot of space for parking - there is toster, kettle and microwave - the owner try to solve the problems, but some apartmans are really oldfashioned and needs renovation

- unconforttable bed, it was very small, only 140 cm wide, in the Yellow apartman on the second floor - there is no blackout curtain or shutter any of windows, we have to put blanket on the window, otherwise we couldn’t sleep - old hot plate, not even a scrambled egg you can do, absolutaly unsuitable for cooking - spring mattress, the springs sticks out, you can’t sleep on it - the AC doesn’t work in the Yellow apartman - close to the main road, very noise all over the night - maybe the other apartmans are better, but this one was the worst accomodationI I’ve ever booked via booking

From wishes: it would have been nice to have a bottle of water and a couple bags of coffee in the room.

Very friendly host and easy check in process

We loved the room and especially the bathroom. It's much more spacious and beautiful than on the photos. Also everything, except the remote controllers were very clean.

Amazing host, free parking, very clean and good rooms (they are much better in reality then they have photos here), well-groomed territory, beach in 5 min, balcony, huge rooms, kitchen with everything you need, in 2 min amazing restaurant with good food and normal prices, available to visit with dogs.

Everything was super, the first time in booking.com we were glad at 1000%

During my stay there was no hot water available, there was a leak present had to be moved to a different room that was slightly worse then my room

Ms. Ana, the host, a very kind old lady, welcomed us nicely. The apartment was big and for a pit-stop in a larger drive, was supposed to be OK (see below)

However, the lady host was not able to solve the apartment's great problems on due time (air conditioning not functioning at all, the fridge was plenty of ice and not in condition to be used, and the trash can was plenty of... trash). She tried to call a technician without success and, in the late afternoon, offered to return the money we paid. However, it was too late to get a new place to stay nearby. The facility had other empty apartments, but they were not clean (we said we did not care; we could arrange that, but fresh air was necessary with such hot weather). Our proposal was not accepted. It is sad to say, but such a nice old lady taking care alone of so many apartments without any extra help was a pity. Here, Booking needs to establish a clear policy for such cases. One will only know if the conditions of the place are the ones informed during the booking. But what to do when arriving and discovering something is really wrong, and there are no free places nearby to change the stay?

We only stayed for one night on our way back to Zadar airport however the apartments were in a really good location to visit Zadar, as it is just 13 min drive away. The views from our room were amazing and the host despite not talking any English was lovely. The bathroom was recently renovated and it was great.

I thought we had booked an apartment (based on the description in our booking and the photos on the site), however we were given a room with private bathroom and no kitchen. Unfortunately this was not ideal travelling with a young toddler. The room was left to air with the windows open until we got the keys, so when we got there in the early evening it was full of mosquitoes. The balcony light was not working so it was not usable after sunset. The bathroom was fully renovated but the bedroom was quite dated with very dim light.
