J’ai rarement vu un endroit aussi sale. Il y avait des toiles d’araignées sur les murs et les plafonds, des insectes, de la poussière - c’était insalubre. Cela devrait être interdit de louer un hébergement dans un tel état, vraiment.

Struttura molto pulita, accogliente e ache adeguatamente riscaldata. Letto abbastanza comodo. Padrone di casa molto disponibile per tutto il soggiorno. Posizione comoda vicino ai bus per Venezia.

Amazing two bedroom apartment in Mestre, ideal for visiting Venice as tram stop is less that 5min away and cost 1.5euros per person to get there. In addition, being able to park you car in private area is great. The host waited for us and even allowed us to check in a bit earlier, he also did give us recommendations on stuff like getting to Venice or shopping around the area. The place has two double beds which was perfect for a family of 4 and has all the necessary amenities. Highly recommended if you want to visit Venice but you don't want to be there as is just crazy busy!

Shower is a bit on the small side but it does the job!!

It has a good location and it’s well equipped.

The apartment wasn’t clean and the owner charged us the tourist tax for our 7 years old even though this fee is payable from 16 years old and up

The shower was inadequate for a family of 4.flooding and too small.

Tutto bene posizione bellissima vicino al centro di Mestre e al bus che porta a Venezia Enrico una persona gentilissima ci ha dato delle dritte per i spostamenti e per i vari ristoranti consiglio l'appartamento nuovo molto bello

Clean rooms were nice

Air conditioning only in entrance of house. Bedrooms and kitchen were extremely hot

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is newly renovated, spotlessly clean, and the bed is extremely comfortable. Everything felt fresh and modern. Enrico is a very kind and welcoming host — he made us feel right at home. The location is also great, with easy and convenient transport connections to Venice. Highly recommended!

Overall the location was fairly decent to reach Venice. It was about a 400m walk to the T1 Tram line. The apartment was spacious and the A/C worked well.

The communication of the Host prior to our stay was responsive. We had arranged to have the Host show up between 11:00 and 12:00 prior to our check-in, to store our luggage. He indicated to let him know through the booking website when our plane landed and would meet us and I did so at around 10:30. Not of my messages over the next few hours were responded to. He eventually showed up around 1:30pm to let us in. Indicating he was having phone problems (unsure if this was a true statement or not). Just mentioning this for others to be aware that check-in may not be smooth. The bidet did not work and the shower as many have already stated was small. We were aware of this going in, but the main issue was the drain would not drain, and water would eventually spill on the floor after a few minutes in the shower.
