Great location in the heart of the Zadar Old Town and yet quiet at night. Very comfy big bed, all clean, lot of space, nice balcony, enough light. Friendly host, great communication, ready for special requests - flexibility with check in/out times. Really good value for money. Would recommend and stay again.

Nothing to dislike, just keep in mind the place is on the 2nd floor with no elevator. The balcony is above the restaurants so some food smell may be present :) And remember not to waste too much hot water.

Self check-in instructions were clear & precise. Room is in a great location, right in the centre of Zadar peninsula. Room is in a pedestrianised area and was quiet at night. Room was large, very clean & comfortable. Host kept in touch with us during our stay to check all was OK & to offer advice. Room felt safe & secure. We stayed here twice, at the start & end of our trip. Both stays were very pleasant & comfortable.

Fantastic location in the centre of the old town, but with great soundproofing, so not noisy. Nice shower. Appreciated the fridge and electric kettle.

Bed was a bit saggy on one side. As I was by myself I could sleep in the middle, which was comfier. Wifi was ok, but not the best I've had.

The room was very clean with a good bed and alot of facilities. It is right in the centre above all the restaurants and shops, parking is a 5 min walk. (Few euros per day) Couldn't wish a better stay in Zadar.

The view from the window to the roofs, but it was worth expecting a location in a center.
