The apartment is ideally located within walking distance of the beach, shopping complex, and restaurants. The beach offered several interactive activities that our children thoroughly enjoyed—especially the water fountains

Kitchen equipment is understandably geared for Eastern style cooking. There were chopsticks, spoons, bowls and pots. We were unprepared. The owner provided us with a few new knives and forks. We bought additional basic cooking utensils. We had concerns about fire safety and maintenance. During our two-week stay, there were two fire alarms, one occurring at 2:30am. A resident mentioned this is a frequent issue. As a former fire marshal, I was alarmed by the lack of response—no staff were present at reception, and no fire marshal was available to confirm safety. This raises serious concerns should an actual emergency occur. The apartment showed signs of poor maintenance. Dampness was visible on internal shower walls and external walls near the air conditioning unit, which was leaking. Peeling paint and black mould, particularly on the shower blind, were noticeable.

Spacious apartment, landlords where easy to communicate with. Had nice in ground pool outside available to use.
