The aesthetics are just as they seem in the pictures! It is absolutely stunning and picturesque! The layout was phenomenal and Ari was so helpful and kind! The TV even swung out from the wall so we could watch it from anywhere! I will definitely be returning!!

The only thing was that the entire pool area was in the shade by 2pm but wasn’t such a bad thing when it rained

I like about everything and how aesthetic the place, good for family vacation. The most i like is how accommodating the staff is especially Ari our host. All my special requests granted.. i love how they provide everything for us, speaker, insect repellent, spray , they have adapters too.. the TV is updated with all apps like Netflix, Disney channel and etc.

One of the best villas you can find in Uluwatu. providing both convenience and privacy. Two well-known restaurants Cashew Tree and Mensa Restaurant—are located walking distance to the villa. The host ARI was exceptionally helpful , Villa was fully prepared at check-in. ARI checked on our well-being daily and provided regular cleaning, which was highly appreciated. its a modern villa with an aesthetic design. The outdoor pool and outdoor kitchen was outstanding, and all amenities were in perfect condition. Dreamland beach is located approximately 10 minutes away with popular sunset viewpoints. Additional services such as a floating breakfast and food options are available upon request. the villa offers excellent value for money. The property (VILLA 1) has plenty of natural sunlight and, most importantly, is not surrounded by constructions there was zero noise throughout our stay.

The villa is set out well. The pool and outdoor living area is typical of Balinese decor. The villa had all the equipment to stay and prepare foods. The garden area in the outdoor area was very nice.

Our tools had stains on them, possibly from a poor washing cycle. The stains throughout the villa and outdoor area could do with a bleach clean. The rest of the stay was great.

Property was beyond beautiful, clean and comfortable.. Ari (host) was so accommodating and did regular check ins with my family and I to ensure we were catered for! Couldn’t recommend this place enough

Central location in Uluwatu. Absolutely beautiful villa. Breakfast provided by the friendly host on the last morning!

Currently undergoing renovations next door so quite noisy throughout the day - although once this finishes no complaints.

The staff are friendly and helpful , the pool was well kept

The workers around the property, there is gaps in the doors - no flush & there were flying ant eggs in the garden beds which hatched and we did not sleep as there was so many in the villa. Lots of working going on around the villa and workers living near the villa.

Finding it was a bit tricky as it was down an alley and when we walked up we didn't initially see anyone although less than 5 mins of waiting and yelling out 'hello' a man arrived and got us settled in and messaged each day to see if we needed anything, fresh towels etc.

Out of their control but the beach close by was FILLED with rubbish it was unswimable- lucky the villa had a great pool!

Was awesome! Ari was very helpful. Self-service. Very nice looking and layout. The outside area and pool was great. The water machine was useful. Nearby restaurants, Mensa and Cashew tree - very nice. Short walking distance.

The villa we wanted was not available. Would have loved more place to pack clothing. Enough space to hang clothes. Was difficult to reach the beaches nearby due to the hights , but this is obviously not the fault of the property. You can choose this property hands down.
